Description: Never has someone made
themselves so invisible when hiding than Graham did on this last
round of the Winter series. John Jocys and Chris Plummer were
first on site. Once in the vicinity of Jumbles Country Park,
despite the signal being very strong, it was difficult to narrow
down exactly where it was coming from - even which side of the
lake it was. JJ got in first (but didn't let on), and Chris P was
still going round in circles on the opposite side of the lake by
the time the other three teams arrived! After a good 20 mins of
running around like headless chickens trying to find where the
signal was coming from, everyone narrowed it down to a few square
yards containg just a couple of bushes. There didn't seem to be
much cover at all and we couldn't work out where he could be.
About 10 minutes later Chris Heys eventually spotted some of
Grahams hair poking out of the camaflague net that he'd encased
himself in. He was simply lying on the ground! Once we'd all
found him, the bright orange aerial wire was obvious - how on
earth had we all missed it?
